Our womens specific mountain bike training and skills courses are designed for women who have some experience in mountain biking but want to progress to the next level and build their confidence without the guys around!
We meet lots for women who are happy to venture off road but who have become uncomfortable when things become steep and technical.
We will teach you the physical skills required to control your bike in any situation and you'll also learn how to think about your riding.
You'll gain the ability to ride your bike and not just be a passenger on it.

What our clients say...
"Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you again for the mtb training back in March this year,
you may remember I told you my goal was to ride black graded trails in Wales, and thanks to your training on
Monday I rode CLIMACH-X (Machynlleth) the long downhill section is now graded as black and then on Tuesday we
rode "Dragons Back" at Coed y Brenin which as I am sure you know is graded red but most of the downhill sections
are the same as the Beast which is graded black!
Pugsley and Lurch at Coed y Brenin were the most demanding sections having very steep/sharp
rocky descents but I kept remembering what you'd told me and both me and Aaron rode them with ease.
We just can't wait to ride some more, thanks again Edwina"
